Our goal at UK-Cardiologist is to provide all patients with access to our services and the freedom to choose how to cover their care with us. In order to ensure that no one is left behind, we have registered our clinic with all major UK health insurance companies as well as some local ones. In spite of our best efforts, we may not be recognized by all insurance providers. Please contact us at consult@uk-cardiologist.co.uk if we are not recognized by your provider so that we can discuss alternatives..
The cost of your appointments will need to be covered by your Private Health Insurance regardless of whether you are referred by your GP or healthcare provider, or you refer yourself. The referral form can include your Insurance Membership Number, Pre-Authorization Code, or Claim Number if you already have them.
In order to schedule your consultation or diagnostic test, we will contact you to confirm the following details:

* Your Name & Date of Birth

* Your Membership or Policy Number

* The name of your Insurance Provider

* Please provide your Pre-Authorization Code or Claim Reference Number

After we receive this information, there is no need for you to do anything else. We will contact your insurance provider and handle everything with them directly, so you can stay focused on your health.
It is important to note that you are responsible for covering any costs incurred after you complete an appointment or test if you provide incorrect information regarding your health insurance policy.
